As a professionally trained and certified birth doula, I provide compassionate physical and emotional support, evidence-based information, and advocacy tailored to your unique needs. I offer unbiased, well-grounded information about all your options—never with judgment or agenda—so you can make thoughtful, informed choices that feel right for you and your family.

You can count on me to support you with kindness and without conditions. You cannot offend me or make a decision I won’t respect—my commitment is fully to you. This is an incredibly special and transformative time, and it’s a true honor to be part of your journey.

I support all pregnant people and all birth plans. Whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a VBAC, an induction, a Cesarean birth, or are expecting multiples, I am here for you. I provide support for births in hospitals, birth centers, and at home, and I offer both virtual and in-person care based on your location and preferences.

I’ve had the privilege of attending a wide range of births—including home, hospital, and water births. I draw on my training, experience, and knowledge to offer education, emotional reassurance, physical comfort, and help navigating communication with your care team if needed. My role is to make sure you have what you need to feel safe, informed, and supported as your labor unfolds.

From massage and positioning to relaxation techniques and labor progression strategies, I aim to provide grounded presence and perspective to both you and your partner. I am independent and self-employed, and my sole priority is you—not your provider or hospital.

Brittany - 2x Client

From the moment I met Courtney, I knew I was in compassionate and capable hands. Courtney’s approach was nothing short of transformative—centered on holistic care that nurtured not just my physical needs, but also my soul and emotional well-being.

Throughout my pregnancy and labor, Courtney fostered a deep sense of connection, creating a safe space where I felt truly seen and heard. Her gentle presence and intuitive understanding helped me tap into my inner strength, empowering me to trust my body and instincts.

What stood out most was Courtney’s  emphasis on holistic wellness—integrating mind, body, and spirit—making the entire journey a sacred experience. She offered comfort, guidance, and encouragement, reminding me of the innate power I held within.

Thanks to Courtney’s unwavering support, I felt more confident, centered, and connected to my baby and myself. Courtney’s care went beyond the physical, reaching into the depths of my soul and leaving me with a profound sense of empowerment and gratitude.

I wholeheartedly recommend Courtney’s services to anyone seeking a doula who embodies compassion, connection, and holistic empowerment. Courtney truly made my birthing experience one of the most meaningful and empowering moments of my life.

Lindsey Meehleis - Midwife

I was Courtney’s Midwife for both of her pregnancy and births. I have known her in a professional sense and in a friendship. She is an incredible human, mother and protector of birth. I am honored to have the presence of her energy in my life. Courtney is like Mother Earth, a keeper of all things sacred and holy. A mother, a beekeeper, a friend and wiz in the kitchen. The birth world is lucky to have her.

Megan - 2x Client

I'm extremely grateful for Courtney's help during labor because I don't think I would have been able to give birth as quickly as I did if not for her coaching. She was the only support I had since I didn't even talk to my midwife until after the baby was born. I'm sure I would have been in pain much longer than necessary, but her guidance and support were invaluable for my birth experience.
